Research Assistant (2002). Currently engaging in basic neurobiological research using immunocytochemistry, general and fluorescent microscopy, and animal behavior testing.

Press Secretary (2001-2002). Managed the press office and a group of interns to generate publicity for events and activities at both the local and statewide levels.

Intern (Summer 2001). Performed general newsroom duties and worked as a news-desk assistant editor.
